Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel, enforce policies, and safeguard people and assets. You will monitor access control, conduct regular patrols, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and incident reporting abilities, with flexibility to cover shifts and weekends. A valid PSIRA registration and firearm ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Valid PSIRA Grade A or B registration.
• 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory security role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, access control, investigations, and incident management.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
• Valid driver''s licence.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Licensed firearm owner.

Responsabilités
