Job summary

Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to safeguard our team, assets, and operations in Durban. You will lead security staff, enforce policies, manage access control, and coordinate with external agencies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and incident management skills, plus 3–5 years in a supervisory security position. Shift work and a valid firearm license are required for this post.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• PSIRA Grade A or B registration is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory security role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and activities.

Minimum Requirements
