Job summary

Elchemie is seeking a Security Contract Manager to oversee performance, manage budgets, and ensure PSiRA and OHS compliance. You will lead security teams, liaise with the client, and drive service improvements.

The role requires Grade 12 and Grade A PSiRA certification, 2–5 years in contract management, and a valid driver’s license with own vehicle. Growth into Area Manager is highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is non-negotiable.
• Grade A PSiRA certification is non-negotiable.
• Minimum 2–5 years proven experience in Security contract management.
• Strong client management, leadership and people skills.
• Knowledge of South African labour law, PSiRA regulations, and OHS legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee full security contract performance.
• Act as primary liaison with the client; conduct regular performance and SLA review meetings.
• Lead and manage security teams, ensuring discipline and operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage profitability, budgets, wage costs, and asset registers.
• Ensure PSiRA, OHS, and health & safety compliance, including incident reporting.
• Conduct staff performance reviews, manage rosters, leave, and absenteeism.
• Resolve client issues quickly and implement service improvements.
• Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities.
