Job summary

Elchemie in Gauteng is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead and supervise daily security operations with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and service providers, oversee site launches and transitions, monitor SLAs and budgets, and drive risk assessments to ensure H&S and security compliance across multiple sites.

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• No criminal record.
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs.
• Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach.
