Elchemie in Gauteng is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead and supervise daily security operations with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence. • Minimum 4 years' experience in security operations management.
• PSIRA GrA - Valid
• Grade 12 (Matric) with a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Security Management or a related discipline.
• Valid PSIRA Gr. A registration certificate.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• No criminal record.
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs.
• Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach.

Responsibilities
