Job summary

Pargo is seeking a Customer Experience Agent (Seasonal Contract) in Cape Town to be on the frontline of customer interactions. You will handle queries via phone, email and chat, and work with teams to ensure customers feel supported and delighted.

The role requires empathy, problem solving, and the ability to interpret data dashboards. You will be based at our Gardens office and work five days a week, contributing to a fast-growing, tech-driven logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer literacy; Google Workspace a plus.
• Ability to read data dashboards and act on trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service with a positive attitude toward customers.
• Respond to queries across phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance and work habits.
• Develop understanding of Pargo’s products and processes to address queries confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams to follow up on queries.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Uphold CX KPIs like response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
