What You Will Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and work directly alongside a dedicated team of 6 to 10 staff members.
• Maintain Excellence: Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring strict hygiene standards, flawless quality control, and consistent product delivery.
• Drive Efficiency: Manage strict operational and financial controls to ensure the unit runs smoothly and profitably.
• Be Hands‑On: This is a highly active role that requires you to be on your feet, leading from the front rather than sitting behind a desk.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Matric and a relevant, formal catering qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a Catering Management role, specifically within industrial or high-volume corporate catering (serving 1,000+ employees).
• Current Status: You must currently hold a Catering Manager position at an upscale or high‑end corporate unit.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational capabilities. While this is a management role and not a kitchen position, a culinary/chef background is highly advantageous.
• Logistics: Reliable own transport is essential due to the location.
