Job description

A catering company with a corporate contract near the airport seeks an experienced Catering Manager with:-

• Matric & relevant catering qualification
• Minimum 4 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering at a large corporate with over 1000 employees.
• Must have managed a team of between 7 and 10 people previously.
• Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement.
• Must currently be holding a Catering Management role at a upmarket unit, they are not looking for a chef but if you have chef skills that would be helpful.
• Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality.
• An UPDATED & detailed CV (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
