Job summary

iLaunch in Cape Town is seeking a SAP Test Analyst on a contract basis to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to test planning, requirements analysis, and verification of SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM, and SAP Hybris modules.

Responsibilities include executing System, Integration, and End-to-End tests, assisting with the test plan, and logging defects to prevent production issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail, IT degree or diploma, and ISTQB CTFL training.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 requirement.
• Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• Formal testing training (ISEB/ISTQB CTFL).
• Minimum 3 years Retail environment experience.
• Experience testing SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM & SAP Hybris.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the system test plan and requirement analysis during planning sessions and Jira stories.
• Conduct System, Integration and End-to-End testing.
• Identify and log defects to prevent production breaks.

Requirements

• Min 3 years experience working with Retail environment
• Testing experience with SAP Marketing cloud (SMC) applications; SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP Hybris commerce applications.
