Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP BA experience required.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Hands-on in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Experience documenting requirements and user testing.

SAP Business Analyst - Contractor

The SAP Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT by analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective SAP solutions. The role ensures SAP systems support and optimize business operations while meeting functional and compliance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
• Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications
• Configure and support relevant SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams during solution design and delivery
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
• Support SAP integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvements
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and external vendors/consultants

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of SE business processes and SAP AP9 system
• Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules
