The role requires a Matric certificate, at least 3 years of billing experience, SAP Billing and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve billing inquiries and improve processes.

• Proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices daily in SAP.
• Process credit memos.
• Prepare Billing reports and manage accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing inquiries.
• Ensure timely sending of invoices to customers.
• Maintain filing systems for billing documents.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks.
