Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of South African labour laws related to hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft hiring plans.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Extend job offers and manage pre-employment screening.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
