We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and configurations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes.
• Perform unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and provide technical expertise to business stakeholders.
• Document technical designs, code, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and the Salesforce Object Query Language.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security models, and administration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
