Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design, develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, guiding complex integrations and driving best practices across the Salesforce platform.

You will lead architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Cloud, ensuring security, performance and long-term maintainability while collaborating with business leaders and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, or Jitterbit).
• Salesforce Certifications: System Architect or Application Architect (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Designer).

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is scalable, secure, and optimized to support organizational goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing complex integrations and driving best practices across the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, focusing on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Platform Strategy: Lead the technical strategy for the Salesforce org, including multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
• Integration & Data Management: Design and oversee complex system integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (ERP, MDM, etc.) using APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
• Governance: Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and security protocols across the development lifecycle.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators; conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architecture patterns.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and architectural roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.
• Integration Expertise: Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or Jitterbit).
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Designer).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes (CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or Antirabbit).
• Prior experience in a consulting environment or managing large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Einstein AI, Data Cloud, or Tableau.
