Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems to optimize CRM and revenue workflows. The contractor will audit systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and document governance decisions across CRM and related tools.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics 365), strong SQL/APIs skills, and proven SaaS environment exposure with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
