Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) in a remote contract role. You will audit CRM and revenue tools, resolve data inconsistencies, and design robust governance for complex workflows across billing, CPQ, and ticketing.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) and demonstrate strong data reconciliation, API usage, and cross-system integration skills in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
