Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to optimize revenue systems and CRM operations in a remote capacity. You will audit CRM/ revenue stacks, resolve data inconsistencies, and formulate robust governance for AI-enabled processes.

You will help define system changes, ensure data integrity, and support seamless integration across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools, all while maintaining strong English communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.

Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
