Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep FSC expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable FSC solutions for the financial services industry. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity within FSC.

You will lead FSC customization (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensure security and compliance, conduct code reviews, and support ongoing FSC

Qualifications

• Proven FSC implementation and customization experience.
• Strong Salesforce development expertise (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• Deep understanding of security models and data access.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of governor limits and optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity within the FSC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configure and extend the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model to meet complex business requirements.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with external financial systems, APIs, and data warehouses.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and follow industry best practices to ensure high-quality, performant, and secure code.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional financial requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support for FSC instances.
• Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, adhering to financial industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proven professional experience specifically with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulable classes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or middleware).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset).
• Prior experience working in the FinTech, banking, or insurance sectors.
