Job summary

Cloud23 is seeking a senior Salesforce developer to build and extend enterprise Salesforce solutions for financial-services clients. You will work on Apex and Visualforce, and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) while guiding a team of developers.

You’ll design large-scale integrations using ETL and middleware such as MuleSoft or Informatica, optimize performance in high-volume environments, and participate in technical decision-making with architects and consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience delivering large-scale integrations (ETL and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica).
• Ability to mentor or lead developers on enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain large-scale integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using ETL and middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica.
• Optimise performance of high-volume implementations, applying bulk processing and asynchronous patterns (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events).
• Review code and enforce development standards, test coverage and secure coding practices across the delivery team.
• Work with architects and consultants to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to technical decision-making on client engagements.
