Job description

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for building and configuring the Salesforce application layer supporting the lending journey. This includes developing Experience Cloud / OmniStudio user journeys, implementing Flow and Apex orchestration, creating Lightning Web Components (LWC), and delivering supporting configurations aligned with the product and offer workflows.

You will collaborate with integration teams, architects, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Experience Cloud and OmniStudio journeys for digital offer presentation, acceptance/decline workflows, and status tracking
• Develop Apex classes, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support application orchestration and business logic
• Implement and maintain Salesforce data models, validation rules, security frameworks, and case management processes
• Support API and integration touchpoints with MuleSoft for credit checks, compliance validation, document services, and fulfilment processes
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), defect resolution, release support, and post‑deployment hyper care
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and platform best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce Platform development including Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands‑on experience with Experience Cloud and/or OmniStudio
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security architecture, and deployment processes
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and platform‑based orchestration patterns
• Proven experience working in enterprise‑scale delivery environments and agile teams

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Financial Services, particularly lending, credit, or overdraft journeys
• Exposure to document generation platforms or e‑signature integrations
• Configured and deployed Salesforce application components supporting the lending workflow
• Reusable Apex, Flow, and LWC components aligned with platform best practices
• Implementation of role‑based UI screens, validations, and operational enhancements
• Support for production stabilization and operational issue resolution
