Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join the technology team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure delivery aligns with objectives.

You will gather and document requirements, manage user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria, and support UAT and change-management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential.
• Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous.
• Salesforce training or qualifications (e.g., Salesforce BA/Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience in Salesforce environments and with Sales/Service Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce functional specs and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Support UAT planning, test cases, and defect management.
• Collaborate with Admins, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
