We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Salesforce Architect to join one of our clients in the banking space for a 6 months contract (initial 3 months until December).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record in both architectural leadership and hands-on development. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
• Perform hands-on development, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (REST API, SOAP API, Oauth, Middleware solutions).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
• Experience in specific Salesforce clouds relevant to the business (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Contract duration: Until December with the possibility of extension.
