Global Tech Consultancy in South Africa is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end digital transformations from Pretoria/Johannesburg on a hybrid basis. You will run architectural discovery, design scalable Salesforce blueprints, and guide delivery teams to turn blueprints into reality.

The role balances strategic client engagement with hands-on technical delivery, with a base package up to R1.5m per year and opportunities for Salesforce certifications and career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience in enterprise environments.
• At least 2 active Salesforce certifications (Admin/Consultant/Architect tracks).
• Strong ability to map business processes and write clear functional specs.
• Based in Pretoria or Johannesburg with hybrid onsite work.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Architect | Global Tech Consultancy

Location: Pretoria / Johannesburg (Hybrid out of Menlyn, Pretoria)

Package: Up to ~R1,500,000 per annum / R125,000 per month base (Negotiable based on expertise and certifications)

Joining a leading global technology consultancy out of their Pretoria office, you will lead end-to-end digital transformations across diverse enterprise environments. You will run architectural discovery, design scalable Salesforce blueprints, and direct delivery teams to ensure your target state becomes reality.

What you bring to the table:

• Active Certification: At least 2 active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant tracks, or Architect path preferred).
• Strong Systems Analysis Roots: A background in business process mapping, gap analysis, and writing clear functional specifications.
• Gauteng Location: Based in Pretoria or Johannesburg with the ability to work on-site at the Pretoria office on a hybrid schedule.

A background in Apex/LWC development, REST/SOAP integration design, or experience within a systems integrator will put your application right at the front of the queue.
