Trending Talent Solutions in Durban seeks a Sales Team Leader to drive daily sales performance, coach a team of advisors, and manage escalations in a BPO environment. You will ensure targets and KPIs are met while upholding service quality and adherence to processes.

You will lead performance reviews, guide training needs, and optimize productivity, reporting, forecasting, and resource planning to sustain growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 – NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a Sales Team Leader role within a sales environment in the BPO or contact centre.
• UK Gas and electric experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve performance and revenue goals.

Responsabilités

• Ensure effective day-to-day management of sales team performance against KPIs with clear direction and communication.
• Manage escalations from Sales Advisors and monitor agent performance via quality checks.
• Provide ongoing coaching, address performance gaps, and handle disciplinary matters per policy.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance team efficiency, sales conversion, and overall performance.
• Contribute to development of sales processes and maintain a high-performance work environment.
• Monitor performance with daily/weekly reporting on hires, absenteeism, conversion, and KPI adherence.
