Job summary

CVQuest in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Booking Clerk to join our sales team and help connect our sales representatives with potential clients. You will book appointments, contact clients, and keep calendars organized while ensuring accurate client data in our systems.

You should be organized, friendly and confident when speaking to people, and comfortable in a busy environment. CRM/booking systems experience is a plus. Salary range is R5,300–R8,000 per month.

• Manage calendars and keep bookings organised.
• Communicate appointment details clearly to clients and the sales team.
• Keep client and booking information updated in our systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments run smoothly.
• Help maintain a professional and positive experience for every client.
