Job summary

Salesworx is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive equipment sales in the Gauteng region. The role targets a strong sales background and a natural networker who can build relationships with on-site laundry operators and hospitality clients.

Responsibilities include prospecting, site inspections, layouts, and regular CRM updates; the ideal candidate will have B2B experience, a track record of meeting targets, and a basic understanding of plumbing/electrical concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment, industrial, or construction sectors.
• An understanding of general plumbing and electrical.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
• Basic understanding of the products being sold, including heavy machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of the equipment such as plumbing, electrical, or mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present products effectively.

A strong sales background is essential. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, coachable, and a natural networker. Potential clients include student residences, hostels, hospitality businesses, food manufacturers, mines, and any organization with on-site laundry operations.

Benefits

• Basic Salary: R20,000 per month
• Commission: 3% of sales done
