Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd is looking for two Sales Representatives to drive growth in the uniforms and corporate clothing segment in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with commercial clients, while promoting our clothing and workwear solutions.

Successful candidates will have proven B2B sales experience, strong English communication and a proactive, target-driven approach.

Formación

• Matric certificate is required.
• Proven sales experience in B2B or external sales.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate clothing and uniform market.
• Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and direct sales activities.
• Promote the company's products and solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate sales agreements.
• Convert prospective customers into long-term business accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and account growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales pipeline records.

Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month

Introduction

An established supplier of uniforms, corporate clothing and workwear based in Pinetown is seeking two enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join its growing sales team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and promoting the company's range of clothing and uniform solutions to commercial customers.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and have a passion for customer engagement and business development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate clothing and uniform market.
• Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and direct sales activities.
• Promote the company's products and solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate sales agreements.
• Convert prospective customers into long-term business accounts.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and account growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales pipeline records.
• Provide regular feedback on sales activities, opportunities and market trends.
• Ensure professional service and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, external sales or new business development.
• Experience selling corporate clothing, uniforms, workwear, PPE or related products will be advantageous.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle preferred.
• Based in Pinetown or surrounding areas, or willing to commute.

Package and Remuneration

R15,000 – R25,000 per month, dependent on experience and suitability.

Additional commission and benefits, if applicable, will be discussed during the recruitment process.
