Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in sales placements for its Upington operation. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for sales professionals, from client brief to candidate placement, in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

You will source, interview, and advise on hiring strategies, build client relationships, and negotiate offers while driving placement targets and revenue growth in the Northern Cape market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on sales recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and placing sales professionals across different sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales roles and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales positions, including business development.
• Source, screen, and interview sales candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking sales talent.
• Understand client business needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
