Job summary

Placements24 in Port Elizabeth is seeking a Sales Recruitment Specialist to connect high-performing sales professionals with leading companies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, with a focus on the Eastern Cape region and beyond.

You will leverage ATS tools and sourcing strategies to identify top talent, assess fit with client sales targets, and support offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting sales professionals and understanding sales roles.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify top sales talent.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships in a recruitment context.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles (Representatives, Account Managers, Sales Managers, BDs).
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and active sales candidates in the Eastern Cape and beyond.
• Conduct candidate assessments for sales acumen, experience, cultural fit, and target alignment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their sales objectives and market positioning.
• Provide market insights on sales talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and support onboarding for new sales hires.
