Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for operational roles from needs to placement.
• Source, attract and engage qualified candidates in logistics, production, maintenance, and related fields.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability and experience.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and clients in operational industries.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Develop a pipeline of skilled candidates for critical operational roles.
