Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of the Durban business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technology recruitment consultants, setting performance targets and providing coaching and development.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from understanding client requirements to candidate placement and onboarding support.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key technology clients, acting as their primary contact for recruitment needs.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the tech recruitment portfolio and secure new client mandates.
