Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join their growing consultancy. The role is remote with focus on sourcing and placing professionals across sales, marketing, and related commercial functions in the Western Cape and nationally.

You will build strong client relationships, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from engagement to placement, and meet placement targets while leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment with focus on commercial roles.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of commercial functions and required skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and remote engagement abilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen and interview candidates for sales, marketing, BD and ops roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across Western Cape and nationally.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to placement.
• Use sourcing tools and databases to identify top talent.
• Conduct market research on trends, salary benchmarks.
• Create compelling job ads and candidate marketing materials.
• Provide market insights and talent acquisition guidance to clients.
• Meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share market intelligence.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
