• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within FMCG or related distribution.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the FMCG distribution center, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies.
• Lead and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
