Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for its FMCG division based in Midrand, Gauteng. The role combines leadership of a high-performing sales team with strategy development and client-facing activities across a hybrid work model.

You will drive market share growth, lead negotiations, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver successful launches, with a focus on building lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive sales management experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities
