Placements24 is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a Durban-based FMCG role with hybrid work options. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong retailer and distributor relationships across your territory.

The ideal candidate has proven FMCG sales experience, a track record of meeting quotas, and strong negotiation and communication skills. The role offers flexibility between office and remote work, with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Present and sell products effectively to meet customer needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal and ensure customer satisfaction.
