Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree/TVET N6 in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Honesty, integrity and reliability are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to supporting sales targets and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Travelling with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and help the team achieve targets.
• Merchandising products and keeping shelves displays neat and attractive.
• Assist with customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Learn sales and merchandising skills through guidance from the team.
