Managed People Solutions Pty in Centurion is offering a 12-month full-time internship as a Sales and Merchandising Assistant. You will learn hands-on in sales, merchandising and customer service while earning a monthly stipend.

You will travel with Sales Representatives, support sales targets, merchandise displays, assist customers and build practical skills for your career. The programme starts 1 November 2026 and is ideal for graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a team.
• Passion for sales, customer service and merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
• Merchandise products and ensure shelves are neat, well-stocked and eye-catching.
• Assist customers and help build positive customer relationships.
• Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
