Managed People Solutions Pty invites applications for a Sales and Merchandising Assistant internship in Pietermaritzburg. This 12-month, full-time programme offers hands-on experience in sales, merchandising and customer service, with a monthly stipend starting from R4,500.

You will learn on the job, travelling with Sales Representatives, supporting activities and building practical skills to advance your career.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, honesty and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work as part of a team.
• Passion for sales, customer service and merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
• Merchandise products and ensure shelves and displays are neat and well-stocked.
• Assist customers and help build positive customer relationships.
• Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
