Managed People Solutions Pty offers a 12-month full-time internship for aspiring sales and merchandising professionals in Alberton. You will learn on the job, ride along with experienced teams, and gain hands-on experience in sales, merchandising and customer service while earning a monthly stipend.

Your role includes supporting routes, merchandising displays and building customer relationships, with a focus on developing practical skills for your career.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, honesty and strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn, initiative and teamwork.
• Passion for sales, customer service and merchandising.
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month programme on a full-time basis.
• Availability to work through December festive peak season.

Responsabilidades

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Merchandise products and keep shelves and displays neat and eye-catching.
• Assist customers and build positive relationships.
• Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
