Job summary

Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group is seeking a SALES Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships in the Western Cape region. The role targets monthly and quarterly sales and Gross Margin, while exceeding customer expectations and representing the company and its brands with professionalism.

With 6+ years in sales leadership, you will service and develop existing clients, upsell a broad product range, canvas new customers, and forecast a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in sales/managerial roles.
• Grade 12 and a Sales/Marketing qualification are required.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and gross margin targets as set by management.
• Exceed customer expectations and ensure market leading customer service levels.
• Represent company and their product brands professionally and effectively.
• Service, support and develop existing clients to maximize wallet share potential.
• Sell and position the full range of product offerings to clients.
• Ensure customers are aware of the full range of product offerings.
• Canvass new potential customers.
• Analyze and monitor purchase activities of each customer.
• Upsell and cross-sell a wide product range to meet customer needs.
• Attend training courses to ensure sales competence and compliance.
• Source, register, develop and forecast a compelling projects pipeline.
