Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six Sales Consultants to ensure individual and collective monthly revenue quotas are achieved.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective action plans where targets are at risk.
• Develop and execute strategies to retain existing business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Drive new business development initiatives, including canvassing and prospecting for new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to align team objectives with broader business development strategy.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development for Sales Consultants.
• Analyze sales pipelines and forecast revenue to support accurate business planning.
• Report on team performance, market trends, and business development progress to the Sales Director on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably within a business development environment.
