Job summary

talentCru is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the sales and marketing of our training opportunities and short learning programs within the education sector. You will build a pipeline, close deals, and grow a portfolio of customers.

The role requires at least five years of managerial experience, a Code 08 driver’s license, and experience engaging with government departments and training institutions (TVETs, UoTs, DHET). Strong negotiation and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Purpose of the Job

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing and sales of the company's training opportunities and short learning courses. Your primary goal will be to generate sales and revenue for the company while developing, growing, and maintaining a portfolio of customers through various sales techniques.
