Rhino Africa Safaris in Cape Town seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and inspire the sales team, drive revenue growth, and uphold the highest standards of client service in our luxury safari travel experiences.

Based in Cape Town, you will mentor Travel Consultants, manage compliance, engage stakeholders, and provide regular reporting to strengthen Rhino Africa’s market leadership while embracing a purpose-driven culture.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team in delivering unforgettable luxury safari experiences. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, ensuring the highest standards of client service, and mentoring a team of expert Travel Consultants.

Your role bridges sales performance, client experience, compliance and team development - all of which contribute to cementing Rhino Africa’s position as a market leader in luxury safari travel.

What We’re Looking For:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Based in Cape Town
• Minimum 3 years’ proven success in a Sales Management role within the Travel & Tourism industry
• High level of client-centricity with a passion for exceptional service
• Outstanding people management, leadership, and team development skills
• Strong communication abilities with a talent for building relationships
• Results-driven with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Not essential but advantageous

• Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency in Google Suite
