Job summary

Human Accent Pty is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in the Cape Town area to grow key accounts and drive revenue across a growing container solutions portfolio. You will prospect new clients, prepare quotations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include market development, coordinating with depot teams, and handling administrative tasks to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Driver's license required.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office and CRM familiarity.
• Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
• Tertiary education would be advantageous.

Job description

Our client manufactures, supplies and converts containers for a variety of applications, and they have a vacancy available for a Sales Executive in Cape Town - Macassar.

A brief description of the duties, responsibilities and functions will consist of, but is not limited to:

1. Promotion of sales, conversions, and rentals of our products, so as to meet budget expectations.
2. Preparation and submission of quotations to existing and prospective clients.
3. General market development, identifying potential new clients and making efforts to secure their business.
4. Perform administrative functions to complete the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, data entry, and correspondence).
5. Proactively call on accounts on targeted lists through utilisation of the customer database.
6. Build on the customer database within targeted market segments via prospecting, networking, email/e-marketing, or utilising Internet information sources.
7. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities for current and future clients.
8. Handling of basic administrative duties such as day-to-day in-and-out tracking of Containers, Credit Application Facilities, etc.
9. Coordination and implementation of basic depot maintenance and repairs of Containers.
10. Coordination and supervision of day-to-day depot activities.
11. Attending to general maintenance and repairs on customer sites.

Minimum Requirements:
