Job summary

Cashbuild Limited stores are seeking a Sales Co (Internal Applications Only) to grow sales through constant customer interaction, accurate quotations, and excellent service. You will handle plan reading, ensure pricing accuracy, and coordinate delivery and follow-ups to maintain high store standards.

The role emphasizes organizing, planning, and delegation, with focus on customer loyalty programs and efficient delivery, while maintaining OHSA safety and housekeeping across the store.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and 5+ years related experience or 10+ years related experience required.
• Plan reading experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and following up on quotations to generate sales.
• Manage quotation process and control Special Orders.
• Read building plans and ensure quotations are correct and within timeframes.
• Manage telephone calls and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Conduct competitor analysis to keep store competitive.
• Communicate bulk deposit transfers to customers.
• Promote loyalty programs (VIC and Charge Card Customers).
• Deliver an efficient delivery service with correct rates and timely deliveries.
• Record, follow up and resolve customer complaints; ensure good customer service.
• Ensure store standards and planograms are implemented correctly.
