SERR Synergy in Durban is seeking Sales Consultants to join our vibrant marketing team. You will identify opportunities, assess client needs, and tailor compliance solutions to help businesses stay legally compliant.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a strong commission structure, and management support. You will build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers, guiding them from prospecting to onboarding while staying current with legislation and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
• Previous sales or business development experience welcome but not essential.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence.
• Available to commence duties as soon as possible.

In response to the high demand for our services and the rapid growth of our organization over the past 12 years, we currently have vacancies available for Sales Consultants / Sales Advisors or Sales Representatives to join our vibrant marketing team in Durban.

About the Sales Professional / Sales Advisor Role

As a Sales Professional, you will introduce businesses to our specialised compliance solutions by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and recommending tailored services that add measurable value. You will build long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers while managing the entire sales process—from prospecting through to successfully onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
• Previous sales, customer-facing or business development experience will be advantageous, but is not essential. We welcome applications from all sales backgrounds, including retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, property, telecommunications and other sales environments.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Available to commence duties as soon as possible.
