Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Cape Town is seeking a friendly store associate to greet customers, direct them to products, and maintain merchandising standards. You will handle cash transactions, assist at the POS, and contribute to a smooth opening/closing routine.

The role requires basic computer literacy, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Weekend work and extended hours are expected as part of the store schedule.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and at least 1 year retail experience.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Competency assessment completed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure merchandising principles and that every item is ticketed.
• Receive and check store deliveries per store manual and check expiry dates.

• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
