Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to engage customers, identify needs and guide them to suitable products. You will actively promote new lines and promotions, assist at the point of sale, and help maintain store standards and stock accuracy.

The role requires weekend work, strong communication, and a readiness to participate in training programs offered by the Wellness Academy and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• All supplier training completed.
• Fully computer literate.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance; provide optimal experience.
• Identify customer needs to recommend options/services/products.
• Achieve sales and unit targets; stay informed about new lines and promotions.
• Open and close procedures are followed and stock is merchandised and priced.
• Assist at point of sale and with cash ups; minimize shrinkage.
