Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Paarl, South Africa, is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our health and wellness team. You will help customers find products, support merchandising standards, and assist with daily store operations.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, stock checks and expiry date verification, cash handling at the point of sale, and supporting ongoing training through our Wellness Training Academy.

Qualifications

• Grade 12, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Basic computer literacy in daily tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended hours.

• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Opening & closing procedures are followed.
• Merchandising principles are maintained and every item is ticketed.
• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries.
