Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Centurion store in South Africa. You will greet customers, identify needs and offer suitable products, while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate pricing.

You will drive sales, be knowledgeable about current promotions, and assist at the till. Weekend availability and ongoing training are part of the role in our busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully computer-literate.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance.
• Identify customer needs to provide optimal experience.
• Take responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to queries.
• Meet customer needs and expectations by advising on options/services/products available.
• Offer alternatives if merchandise is not available.
• Achieve sales and unit targets.
• Know what new lines and promotions have come into the store.
• Follow opening & closing procedures.
• Ensure merchandising principles and accurate ticketing at all times.
• Ensure stock counts are accurate and expiry dates checked.
